Support Staff and Infusion Nurses

I just want to say that the Infusion Receptionist and the Doctors Office Receptionist are the Bomb. Mona and Indie are two of the sweetest and most beautiful ladies I have encountered. Indie who drew on my wristband on one of my first visits because I wanted sparkles..... well you made me smile on a difficult day. And Mona who is my partner in crime as we harass my husband and she keeps me in line. I have tried to sneak up on her but she never lets me. Both of these ladies treat each individual as special as they can. I know that sometimes their patience runs thin but they are beauty and grace with each person.

As for the infusion nurses, they surpass anything I have seen. They are smart, compassionate, genuine, they truly want to help make you as comfortable as possible. They are patient and kind. Even in my Benadryl drugged state I watch them with other patients. They are never hurried, they take their time, they listen, explain and try their best to make sure all your questions are answered. They also work as a well-oiled machine. They help each other without question or impatience. I have never seen them get upset with each other. Although I am sure it happens, they emulate professionalism and teamwork.

I am very fortunate to have them in my corner.
